Other Pay Report

The Other Pay Report displays all leave balances for all or active only employees at a site.

  • Select a group from the Pay Group drop-down list.
  • Select Paid or Unpaid from the Paid Status drop-down list.
  • Enter or select a Date Range using the Calendar feature from the From and To fields.
  • Select the type of other pay you want to report on from the Other Pay Type drop-down list.
  • Select Employee Name or Other Pay Type. This determines how the report is organized.
  • Click the generate report to create the report.
